I've registered but can't seem to login
There could be a number of reasons for this:
You've forgotten your password
[Click here] and we'll automatically send you a new one
You haven't activated your account
When you register, we send a verification e-mail to the address you gave in your registration details. This is to ensure that you do want to be registered on the site and that your e-mail address is correct. Within this e-mail is a link which you must click to activate your account. Once your account is activated you can login using the e-mail address and password you supplied.
We may have deleted your account. Why?
Our website is provided strictly as a business to business tool primarily to support our end user customer base. We delete any of the following:
- Registrants with generic e-mail addresses (e.g. hotmail, aol etc.). In these instances we recommend you re-register under your company e-mail address (e.g. trfastenings.com). If your company only has a generic e-mail address available then contact websupport outlining what your company does.
- Incorrectly completed registrations. We need to ensure that our website is being used for the right reasons and by the right companies which is why we ask that registrations are always completed correctly.
- Registrants that work for companies in the fastener industry. At present, the restricted areas of our site are for end users and product design companies only.
- The registrants company recently stopped trading with us or refuses us the opportunity to quote for their fastener business. It costs us a great deal of time and money to give our customers 24 hour on-line support. We don't charge for the information it is just one of the benefits of being a TR customer. It simply isn't fair for companies to buy from another fastener company then use our website for technical support.
